CLAC 010: Sources and Regimes of Obligations provides a comprehensive introduction to the legal foundations that govern obligations in civil law. Over the span of 10 weekly lectures (30 hours), the course explores the theory behind obligations and contracts, the origins and types of obligations, and the rules that regulate their formation, execution, transmission, and termination.
